Renew for another year
The official retention renewal service extends a reserved number for one year. The published annual fee is BHD 20.
Renew online
Open the reserved-number service, sign in, choose the number and registration type, and pay. Outstanding fines, accidents and legal restrictions must be cleared.
Retention and ownership
Retention renewal and number ownership are separate services. Use the ownership service to own an eligible reserved number or a number used on your vehicle.
