PLATES is preparing for commercial launch. Registered operator details and any required business contact address will be published when paid checkout is activated for the public.

Contact PLATES at platesbh973@gmail.com. Include the listing URL and relevant details when reporting an issue. Never send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

Sellers publish listings and buyers contact them directly, usually through WhatsApp. PLATES does not collect the plate’s sale price, provide escrow, act as a traffic authority or transfer ownership. A listing, inquiry or offer on the site does not complete a sale or transfer.

Confirm the seller’s authority to sell, the number’s transfer eligibility, official procedures and all costs with the General Directorate of Traffic before paying. Agree directly who bears the transfer fees.

Create an account only if you can lawfully enter the relevant agreement or act with valid authorization. Keep your credentials private. Provide accurate contact details and list only plates you own or are authorized to sell. Your seller name, WhatsApp number and listing information are public when you publish an active listing.

Keep prices and availability accurate. Mark an unavailable plate as sold or remove its listing promptly. Do not publish stolen numbers, misleading claims, duplicates, personal documents or unlawful content. We may restrict listings or accounts to investigate abuse; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Standard listings are free at every asking price. There is no price-threshold surcharge and no PLATES sales commission under the current service. Publishing or editing a free listing creates no debt or deferred payment obligation.

A wanted request costs BHD 0.500 and remains public for 30 days after payment is confirmed. Its price, duration and refund rule are shown before checkout. Homepage spotlight placement is arranged directly with PLATES after an enquiry; its timing and any fee are agreed before activation, and the website does not collect that payment. Dealer plans and featured packages remain unavailable for online purchase until their checkout is activated. Historic test entries are not invoices and are not payable. Free promotional days have no cash value.

The price guide summarizes comparable asking-price records and discloses their source categories and dates. Imported records are not independently verified sales and may no longer be available. Ranges are descriptive, may contain outliers, and are not official valuations, investment advice or guarantees of a sale price.

A seller account, founding-seller label or promoted listing does not certify identity, ownership, availability or reliability. An offer-link click is recorded as an expression of interest; PLATES cannot determine whether its WhatsApp message was sent or received.

Use public contact details only for relevant plate inquiries. Do not harass sellers, send unsolicited marketing, collect personal data in bulk, impersonate others, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Use “Report this listing” or the support email to report suspected fraud or inaccurate information.

The beta may experience interruptions or changes. We cannot guarantee listings, sales, availability or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Bahrain law applies, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to you. Contact us first to try to resolve a dispute; your right to contact the competent authority or court is preserved.

We will publish material changes with an updated date and notify affected account holders where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively create charges for a free listing.
